Description
This hand-moulded facing brick is made from Lim- burger löss clay from the Kesselt tableland in the valley of the Meuse and revalue with raw materials from the Volcanic Eifel.
Pressure
The facade bricks (non-perforated) have fi ve sand covered sides and one oblong groove. The struc- ture looks rugged with fi ne and irregular grooves in the sandy surface. The baking process takes place in a gas-heated tunnel oven under slightly reduced atmosphere.
Color
The brick has a red base, with the hues ranging from brown-red with white shadings and blue sedi- ments. All this in accurately defi nes proportions.
